語言中心「亭午風起，有詩東華」將屆滿10週年了！本學期的「有詩的亭午」系列活動，規劃了共6場「英詩小講堂Poetry Readings」。由語言中心許瑞珍、周庭加 2 位老師，以及特邀英美系許甄倚老師、楊植喬老師、自資系吳海音老師，還有慈濟科大雙語教學推動資源中心羅珮瑄主任 4 位客席主講人，分享及介紹精彩動人、細膩絕妙的經典和當代英文詩歌。歡迎喜愛詩歌的您，一同相約東華美麗校園，於星期三中午來感受詩歌的多元生命力、閱讀文學作品的美好與豐盛！

Lyrical Lunch at Dong Hwa - Spring 2023

The "Lyrical Lunch at Dong Hwa" is a poetry reading and appreciation event every semester at Dong Hwa organized by the Language Center. Since Fall 2013, with Poetry Readings and Featured Talks, the "Lyrical Lunch at Dong Hwa" has created a space for and brought poetry in English to everyone in the Dong Hwa community and beyond.

This semester, marking the 10th anniversary of the event, come and join two teachers of the Language Center, along with four special guest speakers including Prof. Jen-Yi Hsu, Prof. Yang Chih-Chiao, Prof. Wu Hai-Yin, and Prof. Pei-Hsuan Lo in our Wednesday Noon Poetry Readings. Let's enjoy the poems by William Blake (UK), Chia-Lun Chang (Taiwan), Emily Dickinson (USA), William Ernest Henley (UK), Ada Limón (USA), and Iryna Shuvalova (Ukraine) and become a part of Dong Hwa's beautiful poetry scene together.

The Lyrical Lunch at Dong Hwa series, founded by the late Professor Tseng Chen-chen, is under the organization of the Language Center, National Dong Hwa University.

* Limited seats! Please register. Free lunch meal is served. 
* Eating is not allowed in Lecture Hall B106. Please find a spare classroom to enjoy your meal before or after the lecture. 
* Do not forget your personal belongings and do not loiter!
* NDHU Interdisciplinary Self-Learning Hours will be accredited for attendance.
