Dear Students,

The Language Center of our university will be hosting the 2025 English Scholars Beyond Borders (ESBB) International Conference from October 30 to November 1, 2025. The event will welcome nearly 150 scholars from over 30 different countries. In order to ensure the success of this conference, the Language Center is currently recruiting English-speaking student staff to provide reception and assistance services.

If you are interested in enhancing your international communication skills, we warmly encourage you to sign up as soon as possible. 

Volunteers will be compensated in accordance with the Ministry of Labor’s standard rate of NT$190 per hour, or the service hours may count towards your service learning requirements. International students are required to have your work permit ready.

Training will be offered to assist you in any inquiries before the event.

If you are interested in this event, please complete the registration form below. Selection and assignment of duties will be based on the event’s needs and available manpower. Successful applicants will be notified separately.

本次會議服務薪資以勞動部公告190元/時為計算方式 (國際生須自備工作證)，或可列入服務學習時數，請有興趣的同學填寫以下表單，我們將依需求與人力狀況進行安排，並另行通知錄取名單。
