Join us for a three-evening journey through light and shadow, as Béla Tarr’s seven-hour cinematic masterpiece brings to life the haunting silences and shifting shadows of László Krasznahorkai’s debut novel, “Sátántangó” (1985).

Whether you are encountering the works of Krasznahorkai and Tarr for the first time, or returning to the deep, luminous world crafted by these two Hungarian artists, this screening offers a rare opportunity to experience the slow, mesmerizing interplay of text, sound, and image in its most powerful cinematic form.
